Mission Schedule

In July, Richmond’s average temperature is around 88 degrees (http://www.rssweather.com). The humidity level is high as well. Therefore, we get started early.  impactRichmond’s schedule from arrival to departure is below (times subject to change).

• Sunday:
  • 3:00pm – Arrival
  • 5:30pm – Dinner
  • 6:30pm – Adult / Youth Meetings
  • 7:30pm – Training
  • 8:30pm – Worship
  • 10:30pm – Lights Out
• Monday – Friday
  • 6:00am – Wake up
  • 6:15am – Bible Study (optional)
  • 6:30am – Breakfast
  • 7:10am – Morning Worship
  • 7:30am – Leave for Work-site
  • 12:00pm – Lunch at Work-site (devotions conducted at this time)
  • 3:00pm – Leave Work-site
  • 3:30pm – Report to Shower Location
  • 5:00pm – Adult Meeting
  • 5:30pm – Dinner / Evening Activity (see below)
  • 8:30pm – Worship
  • 9:30pm – Church Reflection
  • 10:30pm – Get Ready for Bed
  • 10:45pm – Lights Out
• Saturday
  • 7:00am – Wake Up
  • 8:00am – Breakfast
  • 8:30am – Clean Up / Pack Up / Load Vehicles
  • 10:00am – Send Off / Group Picture

Evening Activities:

• Monday – Night out in Richmond with Work Groups
• Tuesday – Pool night
• Wednesday – Park Visit
• Thursday – Talent Show / Homeowner Night
• Friday – Church Reflection / Wind Down
