For over 10 years, Impact Richmond has provided staff with opportunities to deepen their faith, develop their leadership skills and make an impact on the lives of students!

As a staff member, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out camp activities. These duties include (but aren't limited to): prior week planning, carrying out daily activities, being present on site, project support and providing spiritual guidance to campers. Staff will stay on site at The Chapel and will be asked to provide their own transportation. Working as a staff member with Impact Richmond is a paid position. Individuals over 21 can participate on our summer staff.
